“Very helpful during recent telephone call. Initial order arrived very quickly and was well-packaged. Great service. Pewter sample handle sent was of very good quality, solid and heavy (and with fixing bolts supplied). Based on the quality of the sample handle I ordered up the balance, which was of the same high quality. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and service from this company.”
