“I am extremely disappointed with the Wickford branch. I purchased a sofa from them in April 2025; however, by November, the manual recliner had stopped working properly and an armless back section became misaligned. I followed their instructions to the letter and paid for an independent report, which explicitly confirmed these were manufacturing defects. Despite sending the report on 8th December 2025, the company has refused to take action. I have been met with nothing but 'back and forth' excuses, and the lack of accountability is staggering. They are happy to take your money, but the one-year warranty is effectively useless if they refuse to act on independent evidence. The shop manager even suggested I do their job for them by chasing their own customer care team myself. It is clear they do not want to honor their guarantee. Based on this experience, I will never recommend them. Unkind, unprofessional, and unreliable”

“Very disappointing experience. The sofas arrived with a strong, unpleasant smell that hasn’t gone away, and the overall quality is extremely poor. Even worse, the sofas were delivered in two different colors, and despite contacting customer service, they refused to replace or fix the issue. I do not recommend buying from this company.”

“I dont want to give a single star even I dont want to give a single star even. one of the worst furniture outlet and services. Ordered a dining table and 6 dining table and an armchair. when they delivered all chairs were sogging wet, and the table was already assembled which is impossible to bring inside through door. when we asked , they said we need to pay another £20 disassemble and then to take it inside the property and even we want to return it they will deduct the delivery charge from the order and rest will only be given as credit note. Basically they bring assembled furniture then will leave outside the property if u dont pay the extra to disassemble to bring inside through door. worst experience. never gonna order and will not recommend this at all .”

“I purchased a footstool and shoe cabinet. Both were poor quality but the footstool was of no use after a couple of uses. Would Not recommend”

“After one day the buttons started coming loose. They responded saying they would collect repair and return the settee. They didn't bother turning up and then blocked me off facebook so I couldn't message or ppst on their page AVOID AVOID AVOID cheaply made which is a shame because its a nice lookimg suite.”

“I ordered a 3 and a 2 seater chair to be delivered. Delivery of item and terms and conditions not explained well and only deliver to ground floor and no insurance covering the purchaser if anything happen. Was told I can’t get a refund for a product that has not been delivered, which on the website you have 14days to return an item. If you can’t do a good delivery service will suggest you don’t buy from them.”
