“I recently purchased some DDR2 Ram from Pinnacle Data, the staff there picked up the fact that I am a novice with computers and queried my order. They were correct I had ordered server RAM for my PC and they informed me it would be useless to me. They pointed me in the right direction to purchase the correct RAM and refunded my money immediately. Fantastic service and great advice.”

“I stumbled on Pinnacle Data by pure chance and I am so glad I did! My own needs are very specific when it comes to the IT equipment I purchase and the guys (and gals) at Pinnacle fullfil my orders very quickly and deliver just as fast! If you need IT equipment, or help and advice of what to get, go here and speak to Pinnacle Data! I cannot recommend these guys enough, a great company to purchase from!”

“Its rare for me to write a review but cant help shout about how good Pinnacle are!! The team not only know what they are taking about they are friendly / and able to problem solve far better then any other server parts supplier I have ever spoken to in 20 years ! This can make all the difference between making a decent profit or not in my line of work so I have allowed Pinnacle to support all of my sever builds from now on. I just wish I had found them 20 years ago!!! and maybe id be retired by now!!!! Great company !”

“Excellent service - ordered just two small 2GB ECC RAM modules, and they immediately phoned to make sure I needed it for a server - not a regular PC. Arrived swiftly, and even included a branded USB stick - considering this was a £7 order, this is quite amazing :-) Memory is now humming along in my PowerEdge. I'll definitely be back next time”

“Honestly the best customer experience i've ever come across. Instant chat options when browsing the site, where James had helped me choose the right piece of memory for my machine. Once I purchased the piece of memory, I even received a phone call from James, confirming this is what I wanted, ensuring it was compatible with my machine.
