“I had ordered an incorrect product for a PC but was impressed that I was emailed to confirm what I had ordered was correct and this prevented the hassle of returning the product. Very happy although no sale great customer service from James.”

“What a fantastic company. Excellent communication and expert advice from Ollie. I purchased two Toshiba laptops late afternoon and the items were delivered to my office in less than 24 hours. “Excellent service! I was searching for a replacement server power supply and found what I wanted on the Pinnacle website, at a very reasonable price. I had a brief 'web chat' with a very helpful representative and ordered the item late one afternoon. It arrived at around midday the following day, extremely well packed. It was in pristine condition and when I popped it into the server it sprang into life immediately. A copy of my invoice arrived the next day by e-mail. All totally professional. This was my first purchase from Pinnacle and, as an IT consultant who occasionally needs various IT items, Pinnacle will now be my first call for anything I need and my top recommendation to my IT colleagues and clients too.”

“We've been using Pinnacle for several years for most of our datacenter needs. Very little trouble in all and excellent service from everyone there. Above all they are always incredibly fast. Our last order took just 27 hours from payment to our door. That would be pretty good if we were based in UK but the package had to travel 1100 kilometers (680 miles) to Sweden. Even when ordering large servers and bulky stuff on pallets, which supposedly will have to travel by road through France, Germany and Denmark before it reaches us, usually only takes a couple of days.”

“Our servers were down on a Saturday and I needed to source at a momment notice some NAS drives. I tried over 30 companies and Pinnacle were the only company that responded. Kevin was an absolute star dispite not normally being open on a Saturday he rang me sourced some drives and arranged a courier to deliver them the same day. Communication was excellent and I can't rate this Company enough.”
