“A drive went down on our server 4:00pm Friday afternoon. By the time we diagnosed and tried to rectify it was 5:30PM. We needed a drive for Monday otherwise the server would be unusable. I rang Techbuyer and was told that the UK staff had gone home and they would contact me first thing Monday. However Anthony, in America, picked the email up, contacted Marcus in the UK who contacted me. To guarantee a Monday delivery it was decided to send the drive from America. I confirmed the order at 7:55pm on Friday and received the drive at 10:30 Monday morning. Server back up and running 11:00am. Fantastic service.”

“I was very impressed with the level of your communication and customer service that TechBuyer offered throughout the process... not many companies go to the same extent these days. “We buy all our SFP optics from Techbuyer as they can supply high-quality optics at a fraction of the cost of the OEM, and they're almost delivered before you can even hang up the phone. I called up to place an order last week and spoke to Max who happened to mention that Techbuyer can source nearly any tech part I might need, and having spent several months trying to source an obscure part that is no longer manufactured (an Aruba mount for a discontinued access point) with no success I thought I might be able to challenge him... apparently not, within 30 seconds he'd found the part in America - this was Tuesday afternoon - and by Friday morning the parts I'd struggled to find for so long were sitting on my desk! Overall very impressive service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Techbuyer to colleagues in future.”

“Dom & Anthony are the best! I had been searching for a power cord for two weeks. I had purchased five other cords from other companies and they were all wrong. It was a hassle dealing with them. NOT Dom & Anthony, dealing with them was seamless and actually refreshing. From the second I ordered from this company all the way through to the end these two guys were great. I will soon have the much needed correct power cord and I am so thankful. Thanks Dom, Thanks Anthony you are the best!”
