“The company website operates under the pretence that the company operate 'Nationwide' with regards residential extensions. However, when we enquired regarding our requirements in Wolverhampton (circa 30 miles away), we were abruptly told that we were 'too far away'.”

We have taken onboard your comments regarding the 'Nationwide' element, this was an oversight as we do indeed operate Nationwide with regard to our commercial operations.
