“Very helpful, quick to respond, available to talk on the phone which is a huge plus. Explained everything very clearly and also gave me advice on sorting out tax band issues. Will continue to use and recommend.”

“We don't know how he does it! Both my partner and I use Tax Doctor - and sometimes elements of our accounts have to be cross referenced. They have always provided a really personal and amazingly efficient service. I had concerns to begin with as everything is done on-line and by e-mail and we were used to seeing our accountant face to face. However, any queries we've had are answered promptly, we don't have to explain who we are each time and feel that we have a relationship now with James and Tax Doctor that is every bit as personal as our local accountant! And - we are saving about £2000 per year between us!”
