“Quite expensive at 20% commission, but you really don't have to move a muscle...... Just one problem was and EXTRA hidden charge which is 20% tax on that commission which isn't too much but still extra what you have to pay for. All in all very nice service and took around 8 weeks in all for it to arrive. Cannot complain ;) keep it up guys!”

Hi Kyle, many thanks for your kind review. We appreciate your comments and we are glad that you were happy with our service! Just in regards to the extra charges you mentioned - unfortunately this is VAT which we have to add. The VAT is definitely mentioned wherever we show our fees, so I respectfully disagree with your comment that it is a hidden charge. Once again, thank you for using our service and also for the feedback, we are pleased that you were happy with everything!

“very good service in keeping up to date with everything, only thing I would say is its a pity that I had to do a claim for tax back where inland revenue should be contacting us first if we have paid too much tax”

“I feel the services was expensive for what they had to do, despite filling in the forms HMRC still went through me and was required to write everything over again as well as phone then so I feel I would have been better off doing it myself in the first place”

Hi Simon, thank you for your review. We were more then happy to do everything for you, including communicating with HMRC and sending them any additional information. We advised this in the email we sent you. There is still a lot of additional work that went into obtaining this refund for you however, besides what you did yourself.

“The team kept me up to date with everything that was happening via email, and the time process was spot on to what they said it would be. Great service”

Helpful Report

“They kept me informed every few weeks via email to tell me how my claim was progressing and an aprox time table of how they expected the claim to proceed”

“They did what they said, what more can you ask. Excellent”
