“We have been using TALOS for more than 2 years and it has transformed our recruitment processing. The system is easy to use, and speeds up response times, interview booking and many more routine tasks that previously relied on spreadsheets and memory. The customer service and care at TALOS is outstanding, their helpdesk responds very quickly, nothing is too much trouble, and their account manager is in regular and effective contact. For example, I mentioned that we needed to update our team hierarchy in TALOS as we have changed significantly in 2 years since set up. TALOS did this for us, speedily, ahead of agreed deadlines, and with regular checks and updates. I would have no hesitation in recommending TALOS 360 to any organisation looking to develop their ATS.”
