“The team at Talos360 are very helpful, though it can take a little longer to get a response to requests as the business has grown, and actioning changes in 'Configuration' ourselves, even with step by step guidance, isn't always possible due to daily workload constraints in an extremely busy small department.”

“i find the platform to be user friendly and easy to nivigate. the one additont that would be great to have would be a key word search option. But beyond that it serves it purpose very well. The support teams are excellent, always on hand and reactive to any questions, queries or needs that might arise. And always willing to talk through everything in a clear and concise manner.”
