We have used Take My Calls now for a month and the service provided is much better than our previous provider. All messages passed quickly and accurately.

We have used Take My Calls now for a few months and the service provided is much better than our previous provider. All messages passed quickly and accurately. And to put the icing on the cake they are 40% cheaper than the previous provider.

I have been using TakeMyCalls call answering company for the past few months, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service they provide. Great service - just plug into your business. A bit of back and forth on setup but they have responded to any feedback. Call handlers are professional.

We have been with 'Take my Calls' for only a few months now, but have found their service excellent. The setup was straightforward once I had decided what I wanted, and the feedback from the call centre is great with summary emails after every call.

Excellent customer service. I spoke with Mike who explained every aspect of the service in laymen's terms. The email notifications coming through are very clear and their prices are very competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Take My Calls provide an exceptional service! We are a therapy practice and so we were anxious about using a call answering service for what can be quite sensitive calls, but Take My Calls allayed all our fears by taking on board our quite particular requirements in order to fit in with how we work, it really has been a seamless integration. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I run a small business by myself and being deaf, I needed a telephone service to take messages for the business main telephone number. I receive the message by email and I can find alternative ways of contacting them. This enables me to focus on the day to day running. The team at "Take my calls" was extremely helpful when I was looking into using them and they have continued to provide great support and a great service since then. Well done.

So far so great! I set this up just a few days ago and I have actually had a lot more jobs booked in than ever before as there were times when I had no signal on my mobile or I was on another call. They have been a pleasure to deal with and the service has exceeded my expectations. They are quite thorough with the information they collect and the message is passed on instantly. Would highly recommend this company as a stress free hassle free cost effective way to manage your enquiries. Thanks to Mike and his team I can run my business on autopilot:)
