“What a great little company, I am glad I found you and I will be ordering from you again. I brought a crossbow bundle from tactical archery and it was delivered within 24hrs. A target that was part of the bundle was out of stock due to a late delivery, I was contacted by customer services within a couple of hours of placing the order to say they will be shipping the crossbow today and the target would be sent in a few days with tracking information. True to their word I received my bow the following day and the target arrived very soon after. “Great customer service. Ordered a starter compound bow set and some extra arrows for my son. Bow arrived quickly but the extra arrows didnt. I emailed them, got a rapid and positive response about sending out more - the replacement arrows (plus some extras!) arrived asap, which I was delighted about. About 10 days later, the original arrows arrived - I offered to pay for these, but they said no. Great service and fast to respond!!”
