“My initial review was quite harsh and rightfully so, as we were initially neglected with our order with very little communication, however, director Mark stepped in after about 2 weeks since we placed our order and he began resolving our issues. Mark managed to ship us the missing arrows within reasonable time and overall was very focused on making our experience better. He was very professional and understood our concerns and did his best to rectify whatever went wrong. More employees in the company should take note and follow his example. I will consider using this company in the future, however, it will be some time before I do, as I would like to see general improvement in customer services and overall more communication towards customers.
