There was superb service from the team at SWR in Hemel Hempstead.
Nicola Thompson arranged both the attendance at very short notice of Harry Marzec.
Harry sorted the initial problem of the failed control unit, enabling me to use the electric function on the door.
Nicola also then arranged for an electrician to attend the following day to replace the faulty part of the control unit.

In general the service is very good. However they turn up to replace a control panel only to find that the engineers had been given a motor to replace. So I had to wait another three weeks for the fault to be resolved.
