Hey Emma Thank you for your review. I've just checked your order and your parcel was sent on the 6th July with Special Delivery before 1pm on 7th July. As requested from your notes, you needed it for the 7th/8th. The special delivery service which we paid extra for you to get was delivered on time to you but looking at your tracking details there was no answer. This was delivered at 10.54am on the 7th July. The parcel was re-delivered again on the 9th July at 10.13am but again there was no answer. I will be in touch to resolve this review :) Thanks Vinny

“Very good is an understatement. Absolutely loved my purchase! Usually when I wear bikini tops to raves for hours it give me neck ache but the design was absolutely incredible, made such a difference. Will definitely be buying from here again!”

Hey Romi Thank you for your feedback. Our clothing is of high quality and made by our professional seamstresses. Each item is checked at each stage of its production and before packing. I am unsure what has happened with your pieces, the team and I are puzzled because it didn't just happen to 1 of your orders but to the other 1 too. We sent you an email and agreed to fix the items regardless. Upon the inspection of the return you sent back, there were no tags on any of the items, there was a brown stain on the thong of the crotch area, and more stains on the crotch area of the unitard. We have photographic proof of this. The reason why the team has watched your stories is that from your returned items, we have suspected that the clothing has been worn. Any clothing that is worn with obvious wear and tear and in the condition that it was sent back to us will not be accepted back to us. In our terms and conditions, our pieces are to be unworn and still have the tags on. I've recently checked our customer service emails and there only seems to be 1 email thread from the conversations we've been having. This email is from suxceedwomens.cs@gmail.com. Please can you show us which other email address you've been sending emails to? I would like to resolve this issue so I will have 1 of my team get in contact with you. Thanks Vinny
