“Terrible. Bumped without notice from a Wednesday to Friday am, then turned up last on the Friday. Was told on phone "Don't Worry About Getting Order Spot On", but the second driver said the yard was closed and he was emptying his excess on our drive & driving off, which he started to until we found somewhere else for it. Arrogant & Intimidating. We worked like skivvies spreading what what dumped as they would not stop. Destroyed drain covers driving on them we asked them not to, and buckets etc cleaning their stuff without asking. Then office tried to over double charge us, but had to accept our correct payment when we said take it to court. Think they thought because it was a domestic delivery we were ripe for being ripped off, knew nothing & could not calculate the correct cost. Be very wary.”

“Very helpful and efficient from when I placed the order text messages about delivery
and time to remind and confirm time and date.
On the day driver telephoned to confirm he was on his way and arrived on his
expected time. The driver made our job easy by positioning his lorry and and
fitting extending shutes so very little wheel barrowing he deposited the exact amount in exactly the correct place for us to level nothing was to much trouble for him and waited until we levelled and then pored some more he then moved the lorry to an area to wash down and clean his shute thoroughly making no mess.
We had no wastage as poured exactly the right amount 7 cubic metres base tamped and levelled all finished I hour after driver left site.
The driver was helpful friendly and efficient his lorry was immaculate and before he left site he made sure all concrete was cleaned from the pump and shute ready for his next job would highly recommend and will use again
