“Delivery driver refused to deliver the concrete as the site was 12 metres from his parked truck. He said my wife should know and fully understand everything about concrete delivery. He then drove away after 5 minutes and charged us £250 (non refundable?) for call out? Please beware as we were scammed and there should have been a on site survey beforehand for domestic clients by this company which they didn’t do.”
