“We had been looking for sometime where we wanted to holiday and Kev the branch manager was amazing. 11 nights in the Dominican Republic for our family of 3. We were keen to get it booked and he went over and beyond and even booked it for us that Saturday evening for us which I know many travel agents wouldnt be able to.
