“Great product but the water bottles are really basic - would love it if they were better and even stuck a couple of £ on the price”

“I signed up for a subscription by a mistake - I know! (I only wanted a box of 12 for a trek in the Pyrenees) and started receiving a box a month. I contacted Styrkr and the whole matter was resolved instantly with full refunds. No hassle, no obstacles and all done with willingness and good humour. Outstanding and unusual these days. A great ethic - thanks guys.”

“After using beta for years was a little sceptical about changing, but I have used styrkr for a few 200k plus events now and am really pleased I made the change, it give me the fuel I need and is so much easier on my stomach, I do feel ill the next day like on beta, taste is easier to take in over a long day, and the rice cakes are banging 👌 top product I'm using the drinks, gels and rice cakes, not cheap but definitely best iv found. Top work Styrkr 5 fab stars 😁😁😁”

“Revieved my marthon training pack - opened to find 2 of the Gel 50 had burst everywhere! Contacting customer services to sort out, as outside was completely undamaged - so must have been packed that way”

“If you’re thinking about trying Styrkr you should!!. Quick delivery with no issues. Helps you ride harder for longer with high carbs drinks and gels that causes no gastric issues. Prevents cramping with the tasty electrolyte tablets. Great tasting bars for the long rides. (Love everything berry and chocolate) Now only thing left is to take Styrkr with me on my trip to the Caribbean! :D”

“I had been told about the product from some people in the community so wanted to give it a try. I put in a decent sized order which was delivered to my house by one of the carriers, photographed in my porch. Unfortunately someone decided to take the package from my porch (they stole it) as I was working in the office when it was delivered. I told the team at Styrkr about the situation and they were awesome. I've very recently had an issue with a different organisation and a faulty product where they asked me to photograph and video the defective product as well as provide obscene amounts of information which felt like I was on trial, it's taken weeks to get anywhere near a resolution. The Styrkr team were helpful, friendly and after some explanation credited me with the cost of my order in the form of a gift card. I've immediately re-ordered (with some delivery controls in place), spent more cash and will, 100% be a customer for the foreseeable the fuel my various challenges this year due to how the handled a situation that wasn't their fault. Stuff like this happens so infrequently but is the absolute hallmark of a top, customer centric organisation hat should be celebrated and supported. Looking forward to finally trying the product.”

“Mixed experience. Initially ordered welcome box. After 10 days and paying for express shipping it hadn't shown up. Customer service took got back to me nearly two weeks before responding. They kindly refunded me and sent out a free box as a gesture of good will which was great. I received the box today and it was squashed and two of the gels had burst. Can't really complain as it was free. Still the contents should be better protected in the box rather than loose with a few bits of cardboard”

“Seems a scam, ordered a welcome box with express delivery nearly 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't been shipped or any update. As a result I've missed taking it along to races I expected it to be delivered in time for. Tried contacting customer service twice to check progress and then cancel the order. no response to either email. No refund. Having to dispute it through credit card.”

“I’ve used Styrkr for a little over a year now and can't speak highly enough of not only the products but the brand itself. It’s been integrated into my daily life and training. I even ran an ultra through the peak of summer and never felt better. Whoever you are trust me, half a hydro 07 tab a day keeps the cramp away!”

“Much lighter on the stomach than other brands and no issues with ordering or delivery. Used gels for fuelling & drink mix to help carb-load for Amsterdam Marathon last week and got myself a PB, cheers guys!”
