Mixed experience.
Initially ordered welcome box. After 10 days and paying for express shipping it hadn't shown up. Customer service took got back to me nearly two weeks before responding.
They kindly refunded me and sent out a free box as a gesture of good will which was great.
I received the box today and it was squashed and two of the gels had burst. Can't really complain as it was free. Still the contents should be better protected in the box rather than loose with a few bits of cardboard
