I bought a pack of the energy bars for the first time to see what they are like for a long cycle. No issues with ordering or delivery, arrived when expected. What impressed about the bars is they all taste great and importantly don't turn into a sticky mess when you open them. Plus, you can eat half a bar and save the rest for later.

Seems a scam, ordered a welcome box with express delivery nearly 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't been shipped or any update. As a result I've missed taking it along to races I expected it to be delivered in time for.
Tried contacting customer service twice to check progress and then cancel the order. no response to either email. No refund.
Having to dispute it through credit card.
