“Further to my last review it is now 22nd February. I have so far received a refund for one pair of slippers. That happened in January after prompting them. I am now trying to chase them for a refund for second pair of slippers ordered at the same time and postage. If you order and don’t receive an item, keep an eye on your bank statements to check for refund. They seem very happy to take money and gain interest on it but very reluctant to refund money.”
“Suffer from back pain and plantar facitiis and no shoes I have previously worn helped , another brand also beginning with S made me suffer severe knee pain , since wearing Strive sandals and boots I am now almost pain free the difference is wonderful they are so comfortable and clearly support your feet in all the right places”

“Once your order is placed it arrives quickly and well packaged. I recently placed an order for my usual shoe size but unfortunately they were too big, upon emailing to see if it was possible to exchange them I received a reply immediately with a postage paid label to return them and a new pair will be sent in return . I have numerous styles of shoes/sandals from this company and they are so comfortable and really help my plantar fasciitis. Great comfort and quality.”

“I had major foot surgery and ankle reconstruction almost 5 years ago. I've been in constant pain ever since and my feet were very inflamed until my podiatrist showed me this range of footwear last Summer, I bought 2 pairs of sandals and lived in them until the weather became too cold. I was able to walk a lot without all the discomfort and pain. Custom orthotics didn't help me. Due to the Corona virus, my podiatrist is closed at the moment, so I was delighted when I realised I could order them online.
