“Have ordered many pairs of boots over the last few years and have been very pleased with the quality and comfort for issues such as shin splints and plantar fasciitis. I have only worn Strive boots and sandals. But now there seems to be no Outlet sales and the range is very poor. What has happened?”
“Further to my last review it is now 22nd February. I have so far received a refund for one pair of slippers. That happened in January after prompting them. I am now trying to chase them for a refund for second pair of slippers ordered at the same time and postage. If you order and don’t receive an item, keep an eye on your bank statements to check for refund. They seem very happy to take money and gain interest on it but very reluctant to refund money.”
“Ordered two pairs of slippers on 20/11/24. Money was immediately taken out.
In the ensuing weeks I sent two emails asking where they were but got no reply. On 13.11.24 I received an email that they were unable to complete the order and my money would be returned in 3 to 5 days. As a loyal customer in the past I was appalled and will not be using them again”

“Bought a pair of Sandringham boots in October, the leather is soft that is the only good thing I can say about them.
There is a leather backing sewn in the heel and no matter what I do it still rubs the skin off my heels it is really sharpe.
The inside sole is padded but obviously my feet must be shaped differently to other peoples, the arch isn't even in the same place as mine. I do find they make my back and hips hurt.
Have today decided they will be going in the charity bag.”
I was sorry to hear that you have found the Sandringham boots not to be suitable.
Our foot bed is designed to support the arch, however as feet are as individual as we are this will not suitable for everyone.

“These so-called orthotic slippers hurt my right foot so I can’t wear them.
I gave them a chance by following the break in recommendations an now it’s too late to return them.
I overlooked the fact that the fur trim on the left slipper was almost nonexistent compared to the right one.

“I have several pairs of Strive sandals. They are the only footwear I can wear all day in comfort. However I have some sandals made in Pakistan and others made in Vietnam. The difference is huge. The quality of those in Vietnam is far superior to those made in Pakistan. The fit is better and materials used is better quality. In future I will aske place of manufacture before buying. Customer service is very good and delivery took 3 working days.”

“Sandals received, one strap an inch longer than the other. One back strap bigger than the other, one front cross strap saggy compared to other foot. Telephoned and told I had to send photos before they would give me a free returns label. Finally received this after a number of emails. Asked for my original postage to be refunded as the sandals were not fit for purpose. Customer service were vague with brief email replies. Finally had a reply confirming that when sandals returned a full refund including my postage would be given. UNTRUE, today refund given without my postage being refunded. Customer service totally uninterested . I will never use this company again.”
“I received worn and damaged sandals and have tried multiple times to reach them for a return label. The US phone number doesn't have VM set up. I was emailed back ONCE but they didn't address my email - they just told me my shoes had been delivered...Very shady company. Would never buy from them again. The sandal straps also seemed very flimsy.”
“I ordered 2 pair of sandals in size US 8 but I received both pair in size US 7. The cost was $197.91. There is no way to return them! The (360) 363-4807 has a full mailbox continuously. I have No return address to mail them back at my expense for their mistake.”
