“Very professional and friendly. Will and Aaron at Horsham go above and beyond with their service. Only reason I didn’t give 5* is because the post boxes are a bit leaky and mail is often soggy after rain.”

“I have been using standby self storage for many years now. So many I could have brought my own storage. However the reason I continue to use it, is because it is so secure and safe. Access is easy and 24hr. The guys that run the site are first class and have always gone above and beyond.”

“first of all not sure how to start . i have 8 units at Aylesbury site . i am glad to be a customer there . the site always clean and kept to a high level . Steve is a wonderful person to look after the site . always there to help whenever you needs him , even i had to call him sometimes after his working shifts but is still polite and willing to help you . if you raise any concers they deal with them quickly however not much to raise in my 2 years costumer there. toilets always to a high standards. i am given 5 star even the site would desrve 10.”

“Very impressed with the storage system that we had with Standby Self Storage due to new house not being colmpleted before our move out date. Storage was very clean and tidy, felt very secure, easy to find and gentleman was very helpful and agreed to not charge me a full month at the end as i only needed it for 10 days. Would totally recommend”

“Very professional and easy to work with. The process is automated with constant updates and directions. The fact that the facility is available 24hrs with personal access codes is a great advantage. So many other places have limited times, especially at weekends, which is when I mostly attend. I highly recommend Standby”
