“The best and safest storage I have used so far. The staff are so considerate and helpful. They will do their best to make a storage available to you at the last minute. Especially a lady called Sue among the staff, she will go to any lengths to make customers feel comfortable and at home. Their site In Reigate is fully equipped with electricity in the storages and a brand new toilet on site. I will always use Standby Self storage. Please keep up the good work.”

“Couple of things. 1. I didn't know the pin number to access the site was in 'My Account' of the Standby Portal. I was expecting an email in the morning with access details. Previously, when using container storage, locks for the containers have been provided. I wrongly assumed this would be the case with Standby. MInor issues.”

“Bought two months got the third month free the facility is good security cameras there my first time there the access code would not activate gate had to ring to access storage and to open. Electronic gate but it was fine the next day .The door to my storage unit where the padlock lock goes is bent upwards making putting padlock difficult this could be sorted please? Overall a good storage place looks secure so happy with it”

“I rent at the Aylesbury location. Everything works as it should. Toilets are always clean etc. Unit is very good and they installed lighting and electricity within 2 days of me asking for it. Overall I think they put a lot of effort into making sure the whole operation runs well.”

“So far, so good. The site seems very secure, and I have no problem at all getting hold of the office, even at weekends etc. looking forward to a long relationship with Standby.”
