“Cakes are brilliant but could do with a few more varieties to be able to ring the changes. Also it would make the process of choosing a card easier if they were in categories ie mother, sister, age etc”

The package was delivered on time, with clear tracking, and as far as I know it arrives in good condition.

I would however like to have been given the opportunity to recommend a safe place and give additional help for my delivery, which was a gift. The cake was enjoyed by the recipients.”

“Ordered rhe Vegan Millionaires cake for Easter & it arrived quickly. The sponge cake is definatel tasty but not as moist as would have hoped for.. Having said that it's certainly different with chocolate & vanilla sponges & caramel in the middle making a change from the usual sponge cakes. Also before serving the sponge cake Io my family I added fresh cut strawberries onto the top of the cake for decoration & must admit it went well with the chocolate on top. The only reason I gave 4 * is because I would have preferred the sponge being more moist otherwise I am still enjoying each slice with a piece of strawberry 🍓 of course!.”

“Always a great service, just one point of feedback regarding branding: the box that arrived for my friend said “joy looks good on you” in the inside but I’d chosen a “thinking of you card” as the gift was to mark a bereavement anniversary and I wondered whether an alternative box could have been available for gifts that aren’t necessarily a celebration of joy? Otherwise, always a great experience.”
“Present for my daughter at uni, she said they were delicious and the congratulations packaging was cute . Very food value. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars was because I paid for next day amazon delivery but it didnt arrive till the day after , which isn't sponges fault... would highly recommend these for a lovely gift”
