The cake was very tasty, subtle orange aroma and taste, rich butter icing with a moist chocolatey sponge, well packed and was enjoyed by all on the Birthday of my Fiancé. Will order again and try another variety. Thank you.”

“Have ordered 3 gf cakes from Sponge - lemon meringue, mixed berry and most recently lemon drizzle. The lemon cakes were excellent - moist, delicious and no one would know they were gf (10 out of 10)
We were slightly disappointed with the mixed berry - although very tasty it was dry in comparison with the lemon ones (8 out of 10)

I live alone so I fut it into 4 and freeze 3 of the quarters but to be honest thry are only in freezer for a few days! As I like to have a small peice every day unless my illness doesn't allow
At present my food intake is awful admits eggs and mash due to major bowel probs and your gluten free birthday cake is about the only enjoyment I have right now as my bowel whats leftnof it is accepting your lovely cake”
