“Has some dark spots removed. I had one on my face. I definitely wanted to get rid of and the treatment didn’t even touch it. I rang up to say it hadn’t worked, and I think they blocked me because I can’t ring them anymore. Customer service is non-existent.”
“Whatever you do… DO NOT Book with them. Nothing was explained in detail when I called to enquire (was just pushed to book an appointment and pay a deposit so I did) They then showed up 35 minutes late with no apology. I didn’t go ahead as I didn’t realise the full process (because this wasn’t explained when I called). They kept the deposit and have ignored my last 3 emails asking for a manager to call. Disgusting behaviour!”
