“Brilliant! Our classes have been great. They have been a mix of theory and practise and have improved our Spanish significantly. We have really enjoyed our time with our teach Karina, who was easy to get on with and warm. Would highly recommend!”

“I am really enjoying my lessons with Spanish Marks. Gaby is great, and is doing a super job of taking me through my learning. I told her in my first lesson that I struggle with my confidence speaking and she really listened, took that on board and gives a good portion of my lesson to conversation practise, helping me when I get stuck with what I'm trying to communicate. The lesson resources are very well done, with lots of practice exercises and homework activities for follow up practise between lessons. She leaves feedback that is always encouraging and supportive, with praise given for what I've done well and next steps clearly outlined. “I highly recommend Spanish Marks. I found the company by accident, as i was working on my Spanish during the lockdown, but not able to speak to anyone, and I have been highly delighted with my lessons. I am an English Language teaching professional - I have been teaching English all my working life, and working on English exams, and I have been really pleased with the service I have received. It is really easy to book sessions - I opted for the block of 20 lessons - Rustom replies promptly and arranges the time with Gabi, my teacher - sometimes I just have one lesson a week, and sometimes more if I can fit them in - I just have to remember that as she is in Guatemala, so I need to book lessons at a sociable time for both of us! My teacher is extremely well informed, pleasant and patient - it is straightforward to explain what I need, and the lesson concentrates on those needs - then there are also support materials available online for me to use. In my case, my main concern has been fluency, as I need a lot of practice in speaking, which I can't access elsewhere, and Gabi gives me the opportunity to speak as much as possible, so that I can gain confidence and communicate more efficiently. In addition, when I make repeated errors, she makes grammar notes and worksheets available for me, and I can go through these with her during the lesson if I wish. The lessons are extremely reasonably priced, and at present it is possible to book lessons at quite short notice - in addition, it's possible to change the time or the day of the week you have your lesson(s), which is useful if your'e busy!
