“We’ve used Solid State for 6 years now, can’t fault the service. The Technicians who do the servicing are punctual and friendly, the reports produced are thorough and delivered fast. The support staff are great too. Be seeing them again for next service for sure.”

“Received a call on Monday and was informed our security system was due a service. The lady on the phone said she could send the engineer that afternoon. Chris that came to do the service was polite and friendly. Work was carried out with no issues. All in all a very good service.”

“Contacted service for assistance ....attempted to guide us through reset but soon realised it required engineers visit...........the office re routed an engineer to call on his way to another job closeby........engineer arrived within 10 minutes and identified and fixed the problem......thanks again”
