“We have been using Snowfinders for several years now. Lisa and Sue have been fantastic at finding us the right ski holidays. Sometimes we have been looking for a family ski holiday and sometimes smaller adult group ski holidays. Whatever the requirements Snowfinders have been brilliant at finding the right holiday for us. They come highly recommended from me, particularly after our recent trip to Val D'Isere.”

“Great customer service from Lisa, very patient whilst I changed my dates and requirements. She found us a great last minute deal with child care AND flights from Newcastle. The price was one of the best we have ever paid, including all food and most of the drinks. It made it extremely good value for 7 days skiing. The hotel was great and the childcare for our almost 2 year old was first class via Ski Espirit. During our stay we established there were several other families from the North East who had been forced to fly from Edinburgh or Manchester -booking directly through the tour operator- so we were really pleased to have stumbled across our deal with SnowFinders.”

“Our family has grown up with Snowfinders and I have lost count of the number of holidays we have booked through them. We have travelled across Europe with them in a variety of accomodation ranging from all inclusive luxury hotels to family friendly chalets, chalet hotels and adult only hostelries. At all times they have listened carefully to our requirements and have given excellent and honest advice. They demonstrate good knowledge of the resorts, ski areas and facilities such as ski hire, apres ski etc. I have always and will continue to recommend them.”

The range of accommodation they found for me really met my specific requirements, enabling me to choose an outstanding resort / chalet with a small tour operator I wouldn’t normally consider. “We have booked through Snowfinders several times and the booking experience has always been easy with lots of different options. Our last holiday was to St Cristopher- a very small ski village but part of an amazing ski area that links to St Anton. Even at half term the queues were short. We wouldn’t hesitate to book through Snowfinders again as they have access to so much choice whether you are looking for hotels or chalets.”

“We have used snow finders for several years now and have only had a very positive experience. They bend over backwards to find the right chalet for you in the resort you want and even when you throw issues such as extra people at them they are always up for the challenge. This year we stayed in a beautiful chalet in Meribel and in 30 years of skiing it was definitely one of the best weeks ever. We love snowfinders and wouldn’t use anyone else.”

“This was our 2nd booking with Sue at Snowfinders. My friend Jen recommended them to me last year when I was looking to book our 1st family ski holiday. Sue recommended a club med holiday to Samoens in France and it exceeded our expectations. Having insider knowledge of the resort and a real understanding of what we needed to ensure a perfect 1st family ski holiday snowfinders are excellent. I have subsequently recommended snowfinders to a friend who had just as good an experience with them as we did.”

“This was our first ski holiday as a family, from start to end snowfinders were on hand to offer friendly impartial advice about pretty much everything from where to hire skis from to where to ski when you’ve fallen over and need a confidence boost! We had an amazing time, the chalet was lovely and it was such a treat coming in to yummy cake and coffee after a busy day skiing. We are already planning our next trip and we definitely be using snowfinders again.”

“We had a fantastic holiday staying at Chalet Le Rabel in La Tania. The organisation by Hayley and the Snow Finders team was fantastic and exceptionally easy for us. We were emailed with all of our itineraries quite some time before our holiday - all we had to do was the packing! The Chalet itself was fantastic and the food exceptional. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using Snow Finders for our future ski holidays!”

“Alison totally understood what we were looking for after a very quick call. She emailed options over very quickly and we booked straight away. She had answered all our questions in the way she presented the options, so it was very straightforward. Then another friend wanted to join us and Alison arranged everything. “Snowfinders was absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend using them. They were great and so helpful with finding me an amazing chalet which we loved right by the slopes and town (and also very last minute) chalet was beautiful and hosts were so nice and unlimited booze which was a bonus! Couldn’t say one bad thing, everything went so smoothly from when booking to the end! Every holiday I book will be with them. Thankyou for an amazing experience we couldn’t of done it without you 😁”

“We were very pleased with the service overall, Alison really listened to our requirements and delivered a fantastic package. Resort was just right for our varied needs from very nervous to totally competent, the hotel was fantastic (although need to clean the rooms earlier than 16:30 every day!), the equipment was great and the ski instructors restored our faith in the ESF. We have just come back from what is our favourite ski holiday to date, we loved it and I will definitely recommend Snowfinders to anyone who asks. One piece of advice I would like to offer though from an admin point of view is when you email all the various documents and invoices, it would be helpful if they were named in a relevant way, e.g. "hotel", "ski school/equipment", etc. I thought I had printed all the relevant documentation off but had forgotten to print the hotel voucher then found it difficult to find among the "document", "begg inv" labels, etc. (Once found, the hotel insisted on a hard copy even though they could see it on my email). Thank you, we had a great time and no doubt will be contacting Alison in the future ????”
