“I had an email query before ordering, which they were very quick to reply to. I needed a 20metre type 2 cable which arrived quickly and works as expected. Very happy with the overall experience of using Smartly”

“Great communication and customer service. Enabled me to make the best choice of equipment and supplied in excellent time, fitting in with my builder who was renewing the roof. Fitters worked very hard, getting the whole system in within a day. Any minor glitches sorted out. I would highly recommend Smartly and DRW Electrical Group.”

“The product looks well made and received after 5 days. However, I never received any tracking number or indeed any notification whatsoever that the package had shipped, despite contacting customer services. Had I not had CCTV at the door I would be blissfully unaware of the Parcelforce courier, who attempted 3 times to deliver my package (without leaving any note) and would have probably returned to sender eventually. Thanks to said CCTV, I was able to stick a note to the door for the courier to leave the parcel in safe place. Good product, poor aftersales communication hence 3 stars.”
