The product looks well made and received after 5 days. However, I never received any tracking number or indeed any notification whatsoever that the package had shipped, despite contacting customer services. Had I not had CCTV at the door I would be blissfully unaware of the Parcelforce courier, who attempted 3 times to deliver my package (without leaving any note) and would have probably returned to sender eventually. Thanks to said CCTV, I was able to stick a note to the door for the courier to leave the parcel in safe place. Good product, poor aftersales communication hence 3 stars.
