“Professional friendly office, Caroline was amazing from the moment I sat down. Explained all options in detail and full process explained throughout. It was such a pleasure to deal with Caroline and her whole team at the Great Baddow office, nothing was too much for them. The seamless communication within the team in like no other. If I phone and caseworker isn't available I'm helped fully by whoever answers the phone rather than having messages taken not being passed on and then not receiving call backs. When I finish my call I always have a full answer to anything that I need. The Great Baddow team are the best mortgage team that I have dealt with and that's something after spending the last 15 years working in the banking world.”

“I can highly recommend the services that Simply lending offer. They have looked after things for my wife & I for years now & never had any issues. “Simply fantastic! Once again Gareth and his team have helped sort another BTL mortgage for me. I started using Simply about 4 years ago now at a time in my life where due to divorce my credit history left me feeling stuck in a mortgage prison. After taking the leap and speaking to the Simply Lending team they helped me gain a new mortgage with a high street lender and have since helped me with purchasing multiple properties since which I never thought possible. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely helpful and friendly especially the help I have had from Caroline and Zoe they are a credit to your company and I will be certainly recommending your company my friends and family , and these two young ladies too xx I would just like to say if it wasn’t for the help and reassuring I have had I wouldn’t of got through it all as I found it very stressful but the two ladies I have dealt with I canopy fault at all it’s been an”
