“The Simply team made my remortgage a smooth journey despite a number of complexities. They were professional, responsive, efficient and just really pleasant to deal with. I was unconvinced that I would be offered a mortgage, but Steve was always there being positive and transparent. And I had Aisha by my side keeping me sane and up to speed. They turned a challenging situation into a positive and life-changing result. I highly recommend them.”

“I cannot recommend this Company highly enough, they have been a god send. They went above and beyond to get us the mortgage offer, where others couldn't or wouldn't help. Their fees may be a little higher than most, but if that is what it takes to get the deal done it is worth every penny. Steve, Sue and Aisha have been there to answer all our questions and have given us the best advice. I cannot thank them enough.”

“I cannot thank Shelagh and Ria enough for their help and support. I was let down by another broker only a couple of weeks before completion and they were able to secure my mortgage deal within a very quick turnaround and got me a better deal in the process. I would definitely recommend them and when my deal is up in 5 years will be in contact with them again.”

“From the very beginning Alex was helpful, reassuring and very approachable. Applying for our 1st mortage was scary but Alex at simply lending was great. One Alex has helped gain our mortgage he handed us over to Jackie, who again was great, no question we asked wasn't answered how ever silly it sounded. She reassured us throughout the whole process. Jackie will be with us until completion I am sure, still assiting us with advice. Thank you so much, Jackie you made a stressful process that little bit easier with your knowledge and experience.”

“Could not fault our experience with Simply Lending. My partner has had poor credit history from when he was younger and we have consistently been denied a mortgage because of this. I contacted Simply on the off chance that they worked with andverse lenders, and got through to Curtis, who under 24 hours got us an agreement in principle secured and answered any questions we had. After taking some information from us, Curtis put our case through to case manager Jackie who took care of the official mortgage application. Jackie was quick and thorough in her approach and was always at the end of the phone with any questions we had, and there were many with us being first time buyers. From the day of application, we received our official mortgage offer just 8 working days after the application had been submitted. Could not thank Simply enough for their support on this challenging process! Would highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation!”
