“Simon, Jackie, Aisha, ( Paige, Abbey on the second round) !! Dream Team! Amazing people! They will get you an offer! Please even if they tell you to wait, when your ready use them! The fee is soooo worth it! My first sale fell through which they obtained a mortgage offer for! Absolutely gutted! Let me tell you my credit was bad! Terrible! CCJ and defaults everywhere! They told me it was possible despite all the brokers I had been to before! On my second attempt at buying a property they came through for me and I had already paid! I’m beyond happy I can’t even type but please use simply the service is 5 star! It’s an A1 service and you won’t regret it! The team were amazing, the communication was brilliant I’m always going through them if I choose to switch my mortgage! Loyal customer here! Sarah xxx”

“Believe us when we say that we look for a good broker! Our case was a bit difficult as my husband had a CCJ (for under £300 and 2 years old) and was Self employed. We approached a lot of brokers that swear that they could get us an AIP but only Nathan Dauncey DID! His immediate response to any question was beyond professionalism, he got us a good deal and most important walk us through every step of the way. And its not only Nathan but his whole team, after they submitted the application, Ria Daniel was in contact with us at every step of the way. We managed to get our first Mortgage approved in 4 days! We highly recommend Simply Lending, worth every penny, their service, attention to details is amazing.”

“I highly recommend this company! They are fantastic, my first call was with Beckie Pepperrell and she is absolutely outstanding. Nothing is a problem for her and she can perform miracles!! Beckie takes away any concerns or worries and trust me I had plenty. Communication and updates were perfect and I am the happiest woman to have now received my formal mortgage offer and purchase my very first home. “Shelagh has been absolutely amazing for me, she has gone above and beyond for me worked tirelessly and really helped me through the whole process, I couldnt thank or recommend her enough. “After trying many different avenues with other brokers, we were facing dead-ends and frustrating wait times which were majorly jeopardising our chances of securing a mortgage and house. In only 2 weeks from our first call to Simply Lending, the team (Hayley, Jackie, Aisha and Paige) took us from feeling like we had no hope to a mortgage approval from a high street lender. The process was incredibly quick and easy to navigate and we were kept well informed at all times. Our thanks to you all.”

“We can't rate Simply highly enough! We have used them on two occasions, the first when our credit was a little less than good and they helped us to secure our mortgage. The second time when we remortgaged but this time they found us a high Street bank and we consolidated at the same time helping our finances even more. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were there for any questions or worries we had. I would especially like to thank Dan, Aisha and Ava who worked tirelessly on our behalf. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simply's service. Thank you!”

“5***The team at simply were excellent throughout our mortgage application. As self employed I had a few hurdles along the way but Aisha, Alex & Karen made sure we got over them in my tight timeframe. Never did I phone/email and get passed around or put on hold or emails not replied to . Excellent service and I’d thoroughly recommend the brokers to anyone looking for a mortgage no matter how complex you feel your situation may be.”
