“Two weeks ago we thought it would be impossible for us to remortgage, we’d been turned down by a high street bank due to a couple of late payments on our credit report. I found Simply during an internet search, read the reviews & felt hopeful! I spoke to Jamie Percy in the morning & he assured me that he’d find us an offer & by the end of the day we had our OIP, two weeks later we have received our official offer. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company, efficient, friendly, non judgemental & hard working. Thank you to Jamie, Jackie & especially to Aisha who was an absolute gem! Thank you all 5*”

“Simply the best! This is the second mortgage arranged by Simply and service was as good as the last, the reason we came back. Caroline a real stalwart in her dealings with Virgin, nothing too much trouble. Both Aisha and Karen always available and willing to answer any questions. No drop in service after broker fee paid, would thoroughly recommend Simply to anyone”

“We approached Simply as we had been down the normal route of using our house builders recommendations for mortgage advice we tried 2 companies and both came back unable to secure a mortgage, I then spoke to Lewis who started liking at options for us he came back and suggested we fitted the criteria for a high street lender we decided to look at this option and although it wasn’t plain sailing Simply have managed to secure the funds we needed to purchase our forever home, we are so grateful for Alex and other member of the team who have made this possible for us”

“Before speaking to Nathan I wasn’t sure I could get a mortgage and he got me an agreement in principle so quickly and the rate was so much better than I thought. Was so quick and easy I can’t recommend him enough. Once it went over to their processing department they were so clear on what they needed and the whole process was so quick so I was able to get the house I wanted!”

“Excellent service from start to finish on a task that I thought would be impossible due to debt taken out by an ex which I didn’t know about but Ryan and the team got me there and I am now in my dream home with my family. Highly recommend and the rate is an excellent rate for the current market, great communication through out our process thank you again”

“Very happy wih the service. Michael and Tia dealt with getting our morgage and were great at getting back to us quick with any queries and resolving any issues. The fee they charge is however alot but however they came through on their promises and we are pleased to have been accepted by a lender. Thank you so much!”

“I went through Simply to see if I would be eligible for a mortgage as a first time buyer. I worked with Charlotte, Jack and Abby throughout the process from affordability assessment through to receiving my mortgage offer. Can’t thank the team enough as they helped with all my questions, especially Jack as I had no idea how the process worked/ what I would need/ timelines. They were all so helpful, responded quickly and most importantly got me a mortgage offer! I would definitely recommend Simply to any buyers looking for help/ advice on getting a mortgage.”

“I cannot fault simply adverse! Jamie and Ria have been amazing! I first made contact with Jamie 4 weeks ago and during that time he has responded quickly, answered many many questions and they have both been amazing throughout the whole process! given the complicated circumstances they have managed to secure us a mortgage with a high street lender! “I have previously used Simply so didn't hesitate to use them again. I mainly dealt with Caroline who kept us informed of the process from start to finish and made the process as straightforward as possible. I was a bit apprehensive due to some adverse credit but knew simply could get us the remortgage we needed. We also had help from Pedro, Zoe, Liz and Frankie amongst others. Would definitely be back in the future for our next remortgage. Thank you 😊”

“Robert Wells was absolutely brilliant. He had the right combination of patience and push to make sure we were on track and doing everything we needed to. Whenever there was anything a little complicated he found a solution for us and we always felt we were in the best of hands. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Yes there is a charge but it is so worth it for people with a busy life 😀”

“I highly recommend Simply for people who have a past IVA and some credit defaults and are struggling to get a mortgage offer. Simply was able to get is a mortgage with a high street lender even though others brokers weren't able to! This was also for a shared ownership property. Well worth the fees they charge. I would also like to think Gareth for being so patient with me with all of my emails and phonecalls and for support us through this journey. Lastly, I want to thank Louise for being so nice and supporting us with the actual mortgage offer. Thanks to you guys, despite our credit history, we are able to buy our dream home and we couldn't be happier :D”
