I ordered 2 Problem Solvers "Travel Agents w adj knob" in BLACK and received 1 item in SILVER.
I contacted them as soon as I got the package. I received an e-mail quickly telling me that there would be a follow up. 3 weeks later no thing, i sent 2 other e-mails and no response, I asked for a return label and nothing.
Basically I have an item that I can't use or return with no one to talk to”
