The only downside was that the order took 30 days to arrive to Australia from Korea, when the website indicates 10-14 days delivery. Bicycle Hero customer support responded within 24 hours when I emailed them to ask why it was taking so long. Overall it was a good service, but slower shipping than promised. If they improve dispatch efficiency then I would give 5 stars instead of 4. Thank-you.”
