“Unfortunately they ordered the wrong item. As a result we had to wait an extra week. However the part was hen replaced promptly and our tumble dryer is now working perfectly.”

“Our 10 year old Bosch washing machine stopped working on Sunday 5th Sept showing an error code that the motor was faulty. We decided to replace it and on Monday 6th Sept I rang your show room and spoke to Georgia. I ordered a new machine for delivery and installation on Wednesday 8th Sept. The machine was duly delivered and installed and the old machine was taken away. The service your organisation gave was excellent Alan Reed”

“My cooker, hob and extractor were ordered six months ago and the cooker was delayed for reasons outside of their control. Georgia kept in regular contact, managing my expectations throughout. We agreed the extractor would be installed whilst delivery of the cooker was still awaited and this went well. The installation of the cooker and hob was not without difficulty but the two installers were courteous and professional throughout and I consider the price paid for the equipment, installation and removal of the old equipment to be good value. Would definitely recommend and would use again for other appliances.”

“Georgia is lovely and helpful and they stock a good range of reasonably priced products and could do what we needed quickly. However, Jeremys attitude has left my vulnerable, elderly mother in tears with the way he treated her. It’s a shame he couldn’t have had a bit of kindness and patience towards a lady who was on her own and obviously nervous.”

Gemma, we're are saddened to hear this review as Jeremy & his apprentice have acted nothing less than courtious to your mother and her property, as we are with all of our customers. They went through the machines operation with your mother and even offered to register the manufacturers warranty of the machine. They carried out the installation with minimum fuss and disturbance. If she needed assistance and was vulnurable, yourself or another member/party should have been there to assist or take control. Yourself and your mother were aware with plenty of time that we were to be arriving between 10am-12pm today and also a call was given 20 minutes before arriving. To make a personal attack against an engineer is completely out of order and disengenious as THEY DID NOT leave her in tears. They parted on pleasent terms. - Georgia
