“I gave 5 stars because Ben the shipper was awesome and quick service. For the actual Shiply experience, I would give a 2. Constructive feedback from the field. The website is not very user-friendly, confusing for me and the many shippers, and not easy to figure out which shipper you are talking to and can't find your response back to many of them at one time because Shiply doesn't want you getting the shippers phone number and making a deal outside of the system so they don't get paid. I get it, but the entire user interface needs to be designed in tandem with a seasoned shipper on the road and consumers that ship things often. One of those 3 bikes was a barn find and why it's so filthy”

Ver professional and all the quotes I received were competitive and fair, of course I went with the least expensive and was so very impressed by the delivery service I chose! I will definitely use Shipley again for car/moto/ shipping in future! Tip: choose flexible dates for delivery service, I think I got way more quotes then specific delivery dates!?”
