“The mule slippers I bought have not retained the thickness of the fur unlike other brands I have bought and are now large on my feet and not warm at all. Disappointing.”

“Great selection and loved my moccasins when I got them (extremely soft and warm) but I'm really sad to say that the seam has already ripped on my right foot after only 2 weeks of wearing them around my house :( I'll keep wearing them because I hate to throw them away for waste reasons, but a shame that they have ripped so soon.”

“right boot was faulty and stitched on to sole at an angle, hence did not stand upright and was for me, unwearable.returned for full refund.shame because they were well made otherwise but quality control not up to much as it was clearly visible before i tried them on.no returns label included.”

“Ordering ok but unfortunately received wrong colour /size slippers which I had to return. Have yet to see how efficient customer service is regards returns and reimbursement of my payment.”

“The mittens were very well made BUT they came in one size fits all and my wife has small hands and the gloves were far to big to wear which is a shame. Small,medium and large no problems at all”

“Product is good, however for some reason I got charged twice when I contacted to cancel (same day) I was told I couldn’t and had to take delivery of 2 pairs and then send them Back to refund... I don’t have the time to mess about with returns so I’m now stuck with 2 pairs of slippers.”

“Can fault the customer service. It was first class, however, the slippers I ordered in my size (7) were not true to size and even the replacements, a size 6, were still far too big. Sadly I had to return them.”

“Stain/mark on one of the slippers that someone had attempted to rub out. The slippers should not have been sent out to me. Won't be ordering again. I won't put up with underhand methods. No time to send back as they were gift for my husband.”
