“ordered an item on the 11/12/22 and paid for next day delivery. Nothing was delivered. My 3 emails have not been answered. When I called to enquire about my order I was told ‘consider yourself lucky’ as the delay was only 10 days. But I still have not received anything. No refund was made. I’ll pursue recovery through my back. Never again.”
