I have reviewed this as 3 is it came a month early and didn't go to the recipient, it came to me - I can't open it to check as the birthday isn't till 4th November.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We're proud of the reliability of our 'schedule your delivery' feature, but agree that on this occasion your order was despatched immediately rather than held back until a later date as you asked. This happened because of of a very rare technical issue where your requested date did not show on the order print out. We were not previously aware that this was possible and so are really grateful for your feedback - we've now made changes to the website which will prevent this happening again with other customers. Overall a good idea but very expensive. Adequate choice of gifts but a lot of alcohol which reduces your choices when buying for an adult who doesn't drink. A big minus for me is that the gifts weren't boxed in the order I chose them even though when choosing it showed them in that order. Disappointing as they were chosen in an order for a reason. Not sure I'd order again.

You may have missed seeing the information below in our website FAQs and we are very happy to place the gifts in a specific order for you. "Can I choose to put specific gifts behind each door? Although we don't currently offer this option for gifts 1-6 through our website, please feel free to email us with any sequencing requests quoting your order number. (Of course the bigger Special Yay is always behind the final door 7!)" Based on your feedback, we will now add this information to our order confirmation emails so that everyone is aware that this is available as an option. The reason we don't offer this as standard is because many customers prefer the gifts to be placed in a randomised order so they can share in the surprise throughout the week with their recipient. I was informed my package was due to be despatched, when it didn't arrive I made contact, it was then posted out but arrived late for the intended birthday date

Thanks for your feedback Joanne. We pride ourselves on our timely response to all customer requests, but on this occasion, when you emailed and asked us to change your requested delivery date it wasn’t actioned quickly enough. Although we then upgraded the postage to next day delivery, we’re sorry that it arrived slightly later than your revised requested delivery date. Not a great variety of things to choose from in either male or female. Hopefully a bigger choice if i order again. But its a brilliant idea. It should catch on.

Great idea but the execution wasn’t great. I’m sure not your fault but a small part of the door was already open and the box slight crushed. Ruined the effect for me but good idea in principle. As I said probably a shipping accident.

My brother loved this gift however when I found out what the actual contents were I was disappointed because of the price. Even if you allow for a 100%mark up the contents still seemed cheap. Sorry.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and most importantly we're delighted to hear that your brother enjoyed his SevenYays! 😊 I can see that you chose our Seven Days of Kindness Ready Made box. As with all of our Ready Made boxes the contents are displayed and explained on the product page before purchase. We are a small family business that source our gifts directly from other independent British businesses, pay them a fair price for their fab gifts and then hide them in a SevenYays box made from the most sustainable high quality British-made packaging (recycled plastic and FSC certified board). There are plenty of cheaper gifts on the market (and more expensive ones too!), but the vast majority of our customers tell us that our quality and sourcing values combined with the unique experience of a week-long SevenYays box are worth the price they pay. Hi Amanda, Oh no!...so sorry to hear this. We have sold hundreds of these cross stitch kits that are made especially for us by an independent British business and this is the first time anything like this has happened. We'll pass your feedback on to them, but in the meantime would like to send you out a replacement.
