“Have not used before ordered for my besties 60th I put the wrong house number which was then sent back to SevenYays. They redelivered it to the right number free of charge, I have not seen the product but bestie said it was lovely, great choice and not expensive your choice on how much you want to spend Thank you for something different”

“I bought a custom gift box for my friend for her 80th birthday. She loved every bit of it and thinks it’s a fantastic idea. I am so impressed that I have ordered another one for my sister‘s birthday. Unfortunately, I ordered it for the wrong , but when I notified them, the response was instant and they have moved it to the correct day for me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.”

“My friend seemed to be delighted with her box of little gifts. My only comment would be that I had to contact her to explain what the parcel was. There were no instructions on the parcel to tell my friend when to open it and start the process. Just a thought.”

Hi Alison, many thanks for your kind review. Regarding instructions, we make it clear on the outside of the delivery box to open it straight away (so recipients do not wait until their birthday to open) and there are then suggestions on the calendar box inside that allow the flexibility for recipients to either open the individual doors to countdown to their birthday or start opening on their birthday itself and extend the enjoyment in the week following their big day. Hope this helps and thanks again for your feedback.
