Hi Amanda, Oh no!...so sorry to hear this. We have sold hundreds of these cross stitch kits that are made especially for us by an independent British business and this is the first time anything like this has happened. We'll pass your feedback on to them, but in the meantime would like to send you out a replacement. “I ordered a create your own seven yays for a birthday countdown and although it’s not yet been opened up the box is absolutely brilliant and bright , vibrant colours . The little personalised message will be kept as a special keepsake as will some of the items and the others will be eaten and used well. The upcoming birthday person will be opening the first door later today , but just going by the presentation of the box it is sure to be well received. Delivery was super quick also which was definitely an added bonus as ordered in the middle of the night and it arrived the next day. I will definitely be using this hidden gem of a company again and have recommended them to friends 😊”

“Wonderful present - my daughter was delighted with her calendar which provided an exciting build-up towards her 21st birthday celebrations. I also purchased one for a friend who was very complimentary about this gift. It is certainly something different and can be tailored to suit the receiver. A lovely and original idea - it's 7 yays from us!”

“Ordered this for my daughters 33rd birthday and she absolutely loved it! So did her husband who now wants one for the countdown to his 😀 I chose to fill the calendar with the items I know would make her smile. The quality is excellent and the choices of gifts are plenty. It suits any budget too. I will certainly use this company again and I would recommend you do too 👏”
