“I have reviewed this as 3 is it came a month early and didn't go to the recipient, it came to me - I can't open it to check as the birthday isn't till 4th November.”

Thank you so much for your feedback. We're proud of the reliability of our 'schedule your delivery' feature, but agree that on this occasion your order was despatched immediately rather than held back until a later date as you asked. This happened because of of a very rare technical issue where your requested date did not show on the order print out. We were not previously aware that this was possible and so are really grateful for your feedback - we've now made changes to the website which will prevent this happening again with other customers. “I went to SevenYays website to pull together something unique for a birthday present. This was perfect I selected a gift for the seven days leading up to her birthday she loved it. You can select a gift for each day the packaging and instructions were great. The who experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend 😊”

“Very innovative gift idea, especially for significant birthdays. I have bought one for my friends upcoming 70th. I chose some of her favourite childhood sweets and things I know she will particularly like. I love that you can choose exactly what you want to go into each section. Finally, to put it politely, It IS a “significant” purchase, but the quality and innovation is worth every penny. I absolutely know she will totally love it.”

“I ordered one of these recently for my husbands 40th birthday and couldn’t have been more thrilled. He loved it and it added a little extra birthday excitement. I think it’s a fantastic, I love that you can pick your own items and there is a great selection for varied prices. Love, love, love and can’t wait to order my next one.”

“I sent a 60th Birthday box to a friend for their birthday - he sent me photos every day of his gifts and to say he was over the moon with his gift would be an understatement! He loved the idea of opening a gift every day in the run-up to his birthday. I will defintely be sending more SevenYays to friends and family”

“Had one done for a friend‘s birthday she loved. It had never had anything like it before. Have ordered another one for Christmas for my son so time will tell on that, but they are a lovely unique gift idea.”

Hi Tom, Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the unacceptable delay within the Royal Mail system which resulted in your SevenYays arriving late. 99%+ of our orders with Royal Mail (which are all fully tracked) arrive on time, but in your instance we can see that there was an excessive delay within the Bristol Mail Centre which we are following up with them. We'll drop you a separate note by email once we hear back - we'd like to reassure you that this is a very rare occurrence. I hope the late arrival didn't spoil things too much for your recipient and they still enjoyed their (albeit belated) birthday week. Sorry once again and kind regards, Andrew
