“A nice little run up to my hubbie's birthday but emphasis on the little. Tiny chocolate bars and bags of popcorn were hugely overpriced and nothing on the website suggested how small they would be. I wouldn't buy again due to the price but I'm going to re-use the box with my own stuff next year.”

The weights of all our confectionary products are all clearly stated on the website and the two products you refer to are sold at or below the manufacturer's RRP - both of whom are, like ourselves, small UK businesses. “As a recipient of the SevenYays I had nothing to do with price, customer service, returns or refunds so cannot comment, but I do know it was one of the birthday presents ever. I shall certainly be sending these as gifts.”

“We had problems with the post and kindly SevenYays re delivered, no problem. My sister was " Amazed" and I was intrigued by the idea of multiple mini presents. It was fun and exciting to pick relavent gift. I hope someone buys me one.”

“Great idea and fab customer service. The Advent calendar is our daughter’s favourite thing about Christmas so the chance to do the same for her birthday was too good to refuse. The arrival of 7 yays heralds the start of the birthday countdown and the excitement build up. The gifts are good quality and well packaged. Would be great if there were more box designs to choose from and if it was a little more affordable but otherwise, a great product.”

“Sent to my sister. Never had so much positive feedback regarding a present. She enjoyed opening a new door every day and was pleased with the contents. She also shared what I had sent her with her friends who were all impressed.”

“The package was well presented and the colours of the box were brilliant. My partner had a lovely surprise each day before his birthday and looked forward to opening the window to see what was behind. I thought it was excellent value for money, delivery was fast. I would definitely recommend and would use again.”

“Brilliant idea with a great choice of gifts packaged in a novel way for special occasion”

“This is a really good idea and promises a lot of fun for the giver of the present and the receiver. The ordered small gifts are ok, if a little expensive, but you're getting the seven day gift product for that. I chose the fill yourself final gift so that I could choose something specific and figured I would add little extras in each day to supplement the small gifts but was disappointed to find that half the box was sealed so that you could not open it to customise. That would have been easy to allow for someone that wanted to add gifts and chose that particular option. My other gripe was that the delivery box was excellent and all part of the experience, however, if you are getting the box where you fill your own last gift in, you need to tear this open to get to it, rendering the delivery box spoilt. That would also have been a simple thing to address. Those are the only reasons I drop from 5 to 4 stars. If there were 20 stars I would have given 19!”
