“I bought one of these for the first time for my grandma and she was over the moon. She said it made her feel like a child with the joy of not knowing what she was going to get next and that it was a very thoughtful gift which was “perfect for her” and “a little bit different” - she almost cried and in the process almost made me cry too ! Glad it was such a win for her I will absolutely do the same at Christmas and her next birthdays!! ( I did think it was a bit on the expensive side but worth it for her reaction) x”

“Brilliant idea! Ordered for my daughters 14th birthday. She is a vegetarian so I was attracted by the candy kittens and vegan bits. The bracket is a bit large tbh but very nice. Highly recommended”

“I think the idea is absolutely fabulous but the user experience is not great and can be improved on the website. I created an account and picked out my items and drafted my card, all on my phone. Waited a few days for payday to come to check out. Logged into my account on my laptop and my basket was empty. Confident I had saved I Logged in on my phone and surprise, my basket was indeed still there, but a couple items were now out of stock. I went back to shop for more items and it reset my box option and cleared my nicely drafted card. Not ideal having to remember the perfect wording I felt I had in the 200 characters I managed to fit it in. Also wasn't great I couldn't move the order of gifts in the advent calendar and each time I tried to edit my gifts, it reset everything and had to start again atleast 3 more times. Pretty frustrating for such a lovely idea! After getting my card draft and box selection check out could be improved by differentiating the person ordering the item and the delivery addresses being gifted to as I had to provide a combination of my details (contacts) and the delivery address.”

“A lovely way to send a gift x7. Option for a ready made gift box or select your own. I chose personalised gifts for my daughters birthday and she loved opening each door to find something behind it. I would use again and highly recommend to others.”

“Really great idea, nice selection of gifts at reasonable prices, and attractive packaging. The only reason I’ve taken a star off is because I selected a delivery date in the future to coincide with when the recipient was due out of hospital but it was delivered a week early and sat on her doorstep in the rain a couple of days before a neighbour took it in. Luckily outer packaging was good quality and item was not damaged by damp. Don’t offer future posting dates if you don’t have the logistical capacity to deliver on it.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind words and sorry to hear about your delivery difficulties - we take great care to ensure that scheduled deliveries arrive at the appropriate time and pride ourselves on a good track record of meeting requested customer dates. On this occasion, you selected the 2-3 working day Tracked Service and requested delivery on the 10th. As it was Coronation Bank Holiday Weekend and Royal Mail were not working on either the Sunday 7th or the Monday 8th, we added two days in to the lead time and despatched on Friday 5th. I can see from the tracking however that Royal Mail surpassed themselves and delivered it the very next day (Saturday 6th). Our apologies for this. It is very unusual! All our orders come with Royal Mail tracked service as this enables the sender to be automatically pre-advised of the delivery day/time and enables you to change delivery date/location/designate a safe place if desired.
