“Last week at this time I was seriously panicking about my debt so at the weekend I phoned Scotland Debt Solutions for advice. On Monday I was called back by a lovely lady called Chelsea who was very reassuring and helpful and once she had sufficient information she passed me over to Michael. What can I say about Michael? He wasn't the least bit judgmental,very understanding and respectful and extremely knowledgeable. By Monday evening my problems had all but disappeared and by Tuesday everything was in place and I could finally relax. I am extremely grateful for all the support and help from Michael and would strongly encourage anyone in a similar situation to seek help from SDS as they will go above and beyond to help get you back on track.”

“I would just like to personally thank David Tannock for all his advise and in put in to getting me set up on a trust deed. This was 100% something I would have ever wanted to do in my life but unfortunately it had to come to this and David was professional and reassuring throughout this process. He was just a quick call away to answer any questions ( i had a lot ). Well thanks again. I'll be back in touch in 4/5 years to hopefully be informing you that i have my mortgage secured!”

“I was initially nervous about looking for help with my debts but it all became too much when I started to miss payments on my credit card and loans. I worked out I had around £30,000 with the majority on credit cards and only making the minimum payments which wasn't reducing the balances. I seen an advert on Facebook for debt advice. I submitted my details and Chelsea called me straight away. She asked me for some information on my debts, if I was working etc. She was really easy to talk to. After that she transferred me to David who explained all of my options, the pros and cons of the plans available and then let me choose which one I felt was best for me. I'm now going onto a Trust Deed with a much more affordable payment per month and I'll be debt free in 4 years. Please if you are struggling reach out to these people for advice. I immediately felt better from the first phone call and after a couple of days I was on a plan and had signed the paperwork. I'm even sleeping a bit better now. Five star service 😀”

“I received a prompt call back from Chelsea after submitting a query . She talked me through the process which was helpful and put me through to David Tannock who was very patient, understanding , reassuring and extremely helpful from start to finish. “David was great from the start. Helpful, reassuring and non-judgemental, which is what you want when you are struggling to get by. Everything was explained in detail and I was kept up to date with every step. Process to start trust deed was pretty quick as I had expected everything to take weeks, if not months. I would definitely recommend reaching out to this company if you need debt help.”

“I was initially very concerned with making the call to the company, worried that I might get pushed into a radical decision that I would come to regret, but this wasn't at all the case. David whom I spoke to couldn't have been more understanding and sensitive to my situation, explaining the support they were able to offer and making me feel very positively about taking the necessary steps towards dealing with my debt. Would highly recommend to others who are struggling to give them a call.”
